What is climate control?
“Climate control” is actually a misnomer, as our units are simply air-conditioned and programmed to reduce humidity (below 50%) while maintaining temperature in a range of 55 to 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from extreme temperatures and high humidity.

What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for sales and rentals. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when you can enter the facility and your unit. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Store Manager for information about 24-hour access.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my sizes?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 4X5, or 20 sq. ft., to 14×50, or 700 sq. ft.

5×5 holds a dresser, a small mattress set, and small to medium sized boxes. This space can also be used for garden tools, seasonal decorative items, or sports equipment.

5×10 holds furnishing of a mid-size bedroom, including a queen-size bed, dresser, TV, and a group of small to medium sized boxes.

10×10 holds the contents of an entire family room of two full bedrooms, including a number of small to medui m sized boxes.

10×15 will hold the contents of up to three full bedrooms, and larger items such as pianos, couches, tables, or large-screen TVs, plus a variety of various sized boxes.

10×20 will hold the contents of a multi-bedroom house, including over-sized items such as a couch, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dining room set and large wardrobe boxes.

10×30 will hold the contents of a large multi-bedroom house, including over-sized items such as a couch, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dining room set, entertainment center, and various sized boxes.

14×50 is designed for motor coach or large boat, inside storage, and has electricity and lights.

12×30 is for boats or trailers requiring an opening of 10×10.

Is insurance available for my stored goods?
Eagles Nest Storage, LLC, offers tenant insurance coverages ranging from $2,000-$20,000, all at modest monthly costs through Bader Insurance Company, a leading insurance provider in the self-storage industry. You may also check with your insurance agent regarding stored goods coverage. Eagles Nest Storage does NOT insure your goods.

What security measures are in place?
The campus access is limited through an electronic gate system. Outside units have direct access while indoor units are limited access after hours. Our campus is on 24 hour recorded video surveillance. There are 32 cameras throughout the area. There are numerous lights both inside and outside for safety and security reasons.

Can I pay over the phone?
If for any reason you need to pay by phone, we do offer this service. Call with your credit card at any time during office hours.

Do you offer outside storing?
City rules do no allow us to offer outside storing. All RVs, boats, and vehicles may be stored in our larger drive up units.
